Job Description:

Seeking a BE/BC OBGYN to join talented team in central WA. Enjoy lake living at its best in sunny and family friendly Moses Lake, Washington. Our OB/GYN team consists of 2 Physicians and 2 ARNP Nurse Midwives when fully staffed. This position is being hired for community growth.

• Anticipated 1:4 call shared with local OB/GYN physicians
• Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite
• Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
• 16 - 18 patients per day
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record
• Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. We provide physicians with a robust benefits package which may include: Silver Award Winner of the AMA s Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout.
  • Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate s qualifications.
  • Time off: up to 11 weeks of time off (for full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status)
  • Government site qualified: HPSA Score 14
  • Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000
