Come join our team and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon Details For this Opportunity: -Nurse Practitioner-Urology -Outpatient Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5:00 pm -Provider schedule Four 10-hour days per week -Fulltime, permanent -No after hour call requirements -Average 15-17 patients per day -For providers averaging 15+ patients per day who intend to continue to increase their capacity, a tele-scribe can be provided -Epic EHR, Growing and expanding financially stable hospital -Well-established referral base throughout Northeast Oregon -Clinic consists of 3 exam rooms, 1 procedure room -2 point-of-care BK ultrasound machines, Olympus cystoscopy equipment, Laborie urodynamics equipment -Minimum of 1:1 clinical support staff -Very competitive total compensation opportunity (141k+) which includes: -Quality incentives up to $20k -RVU bonus based on annual threshold -Commencement bonus of $20,000 -$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time -Hospital employed -Full benefits including a 401k match -Paid malpractice -Pacific Northwest community nestled in the eastern foothills of the Blue Mountains surrounded by Eagle Caps, Wallowa and Elkhorn mountain ranges nearby To learn more about this perm position, reply with an updated CV.
