Job Description:
Locum Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) 122524: North
Central, Oregon
Needed: 2
Must have an active state license
Setting: Family practice
Expenses: need some FNP experience, bilingual (English/Spanish),
comfortable with all ages
Certifications required: FNP, DEA
Credentialing: board approval needed
Start Date: ASAC
LOA (# of days worked): 6 months - a year
Schedule: 4 days/week (no weekends)
Call: Rotating Saturdays 1:4 weekends (typically 7:30a-12p)
Inpatient or Outpatient: Outpatient
Volume: 18 patients/day
Staffing Mix: doctors, FNP, and PA
EMR: EPIC
