Job Description:
About the Role:The Ambulatory Pre-admission RN is responsible
for the care of pre-admission assessments and coordination of care
to prepare patients for surgical procedures. This role involves
various tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility, working
under the general direction of the RN Manager.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-admission assessments to prepare patients for
surgical procedures.
- Coordinate care to ensure smooth transitions and optimal
patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide
high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance
patient experience and outcomes.Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon
hire.
