• Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, incorporating evidence-based practices and innovative solutions.
• Utilize advanced nursing skills to manage acute neurological conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and neurosurgical patients.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State RN license.
  • National Provider BLS certification.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate.
