The VP of Finance at this community hospital will provide financial and administrative direction in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team. Working closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, the Chief Executive Officer, and the Chief Operations officer, you will oversee all fiscal operations, develop innovative policy & programs, and institute a patient-first decision model to ensure continued profitability and future growth of the hospital.
The VP / CFO will develop, implement, and evaluate new financial strategies aimed at improving operational performance for this community hospital and the satellite clinics that it controls. You will eat, sleep, and breath thoughtful operational methods, as you take the helm of this bold financial management department that has been nationally recognized for its superior financial performance. Having received meaningful use funding, this medical center, its home health department, emergency departments, and rural health clinics require a strategic financial thinker at the helm.
