This position will report up to the Outpatient / Hospice Pharmacy Manager, and will work alongside other pharmacists and pharmacy techs to ensure expedient care and patient satisfaction. They will also assist in Adverse Drug Reaction and Medication Error reporting and contribute ideas for prevention of further incidents, if they should arise.The palliative pharmacist will enjoy settling into a historic 130 year old town located on the scenic Columbia River.
