  As a Janitor, you will have the opportunity to:
  
  • Performs janitorial duties including but not limited to cleaning, sweeping, mopping, polishing, vacuuming, disinfecting, dusting, and emptying garbage cans.
  • Ensures that assigned buildings, grounds and other designated areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with established guidelines based on site specific needs.
  • Maintains parking lots and walkways year-round including snow removal and ice mitigation as weather dictates based on site specific needs.
  • Assist maintenance personnel on maintenance task; e.g--- repairs, inspections and testing
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    
    • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
    • One year's janitorial experience is preferred.
    • First-Aid certification within 90 days of hire.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize work and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of assorted cleaning chemicals used in Janitorial duties.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
    • This position requires a pre-employment physical assessment.
